About the Role

Laboratory Express is seeking experienced Online Customer Support professionals to provide premium service to healthcare providers and patients. Earn top-tier compensation while working from home in this essential healthcare support role.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert customer support via email, chat, and online ticketing systems
• Assist healthcare providers with complex laboratory test ordering and coordination
• Handle escalated patient inquiries regarding test results, billing, and insurance
• Process insurance authorizations and resolve coverage issues
• Coordinate with laboratory teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges
• Maintain detailed case documentation in customer relationship management systems
• Train and mentor junior customer support team members

Requirements
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years customer service, healthcare, or technical support experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle complex situations
• Experience with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and healthcare software
• Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently in remote environment
• No laboratory experience required – comprehensive training in laboratory operations and medical procedures provided!

Remote Work Requirements
• Dedicated professional home office space free from distractions
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended)
• Computer provided by Laboratory Express or meet technical specifications
• Ability to maintain consistent schedule and reliable attendance
• Must reside in authorized work-from-home states
