Job Summary
A company is looking for a PAP Specialist who will manage patient equipment and compliance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
- Prepare and submit audit paperwork for insurance claims and respond to claim audits
- Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices to encourage compliance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
- Two (2) years of work-related experience is required for senior level positions
- Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
