A company is looking for an Access Center Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate patients through the continuum of care and coordinate appointments, referrals, and services
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records while following up with patients and collaborating with care teams
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key customers, including physicians and office staff
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience is required
- High school degree or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Health care experience, including knowledge of medical terminology and managed care, is strongly preferred
- Ability to use general office equipment, including a multi-line telephone system
- Experience with databases such as Epic and CRM is beneficial
