A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager, Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers at the C-suite and executive level
- Guide customers and the account team in creating customer Success Plans and conducting regular check-ins
- Collaborate internally across various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Success or account management with strategic customers
- Experience establishing trusted advisor relationships with customer partners
- Understanding of Jira and Confluence end-user use cases and configuration trade-offs
- Experience with Gainsight (or similar CRM tool), Salesforce, and BI tools like Tableau
- Experience balancing a book of business in a customer-facing environment
