Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager, Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers at the C-suite and executive level
  • Guide customers and the account team in creating customer Success Plans and conducting regular check-ins
  • Collaborate internally across various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer Success or account management with strategic customers
  • Experience establishing trusted advisor relationships with customer partners
  • Understanding of Jira and Confluence end-user use cases and configuration trade-offs
  • Experience with Gainsight (or similar CRM tool), Salesforce, and BI tools like Tableau
  • Experience balancing a book of business in a customer-facing environment
