Authorizations Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Authorizations Analyst II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational needs for health plans and coordinate the in-take process for Authorization Analysts
• Facilitate day-to-day customer operations and manage project development activities
• Review documentation deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a customer relationship management role
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance provider relations
• Strong analysis and research skills in healthcare
• Technical systems integration knowledge and understanding of HIPAA regulations
