Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and resolve customer support inquiries via calls, emails, and web chats
  • Utilize CRM to document customer interactions and manage case resolutions
  • Assist with client implementation and provide timely responses to client inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Proven success in creating and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience analyzing data and creating reports
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Experience training staff is preferred
