Key Responsibilities
- Receive and resolve customer support inquiries via calls, emails, and web chats
- Utilize CRM to document customer interactions and manage case resolutions
- Assist with client implementation and provide timely responses to client inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in creating and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience analyzing data and creating reports
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Experience training staff is preferred
