Job Summary

A company is looking for a Return to Work Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives referrals for RTW Services from the claims team
• Inputs and reviews notes/diaries in claims management system as instructed
• Communicates with providers to obtain updated work status and works with employers to determine accommodation of restrictions/limitations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Six months of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Experience in worker's compensation is highly preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
