Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and global clients, focusing on revenue retention and project facilitation
- Provide technical leadership and support, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and contract requirements
- Lead client meetings, monitor relationship performance, and coordinate internal resources for successful service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience (Computer Science preferred)
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in leadership, customer relationship management, or consulting roles
- 3+ years of experience managing large, complex clients in the EU, UK, or North America
- Comprehensive understanding of HCM best practices and SaaS business models
- Project management experience, with familiarity in Microsoft Technology and technical communications
