A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and global clients, focusing on revenue retention and project facilitation
  • Provide technical leadership and support, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and contract requirements
  • Lead client meetings, monitor relationship performance, and coordinate internal resources for successful service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience (Computer Science preferred)
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in leadership, customer relationship management, or consulting roles
  • 3+ years of experience managing large, complex clients in the EU, UK, or North America
  • Comprehensive understanding of HCM best practices and SaaS business models
  • Project management experience, with familiarity in Microsoft Technology and technical communications
