Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist to join their Clinical Care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage pharmacies by making 70-80 outbound calls daily to deliver clinical services
- Identify and create follow-up tasks for escalation to a pharmacist
- Maintain accurate records in the company's software platform and participate in process improvement meetings
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume call center within a healthcare environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google products and call center software
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and medication names
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including Monday-Saturday up to 7 PM Pacific Time
- Understanding of PHI access regulations and responsibilities
