Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Services Representative (Patient Collections).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support patients with self-pay balances via incoming and outbound calls
- Review patient accounts receivable to determine assistance options and next steps
- Post patient payments and adjustments according to standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months of medical experience preferred
- One year of customer service and accounts receivable experience
- Experience with Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
