Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support related to sales, order entry, and purchase order collections
- Resolve customer claims and complaints effectively while maintaining compliance with consumer laws
- Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to improvement plans based on team feedback
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, account management, or related fields
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF)
- Experience reviewing Accounts Payable paperwork
- Familiarity with GHX or EDI systems is a plus
