Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Support Specialist to provide service support to PACE clients and network pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides enrollment support for new PACE enrollees
• Communicates pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies and coordinates facility discharges
• Provides help desk support and ensures timely medication delivery through coordination with couriers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Possesses high level of integrity and is quality-oriented
• Innovative and steadfast in approach to work
