Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer care management, with at least 5 years in a call center environment
- Experience in designing and leading process improvement initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
- Medical industry experience is a plus but not required
