Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist with resolving installation and service order issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain data integrity of inventory systems and handle customer record assignments for fiber orders
- Respond to service queues and assist technicians and business partners through phone calls and chats
- Participate in specialized task groups and stay informed about departmental methods and procedures
Required Qualifications
- MUST reside in North Carolina
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- One to two years of telecommunications experience or related vocational training
- Fluent skills in Excel, including building spreadsheets and using macros
- Working knowledge of technical requirements associated with service offerings such as FTTP and VOIP
