Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist with resolving installation and service order issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain data integrity of inventory systems and handle customer record assignments for fiber orders
  • Respond to service queues and assist technicians and business partners through phone calls and chats
  • Participate in specialized task groups and stay informed about departmental methods and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • MUST reside in North Carolina
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • One to two years of telecommunications experience or related vocational training
  • Fluent skills in Excel, including building spreadsheets and using macros
  • Working knowledge of technical requirements associated with service offerings such as FTTP and VOIP
