Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Setup Lead to oversee client data onboarding and manage a team of setup specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a small team of client setup specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback
  • Monitor and report on client setup progress, ensuring SLA expectations are met
  • Set up and maintain client accounts in internal systems and collaborate with multiple teams
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or some college coursework in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with health insurance products and group benefit structures
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
