A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide customer support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for end-users utilizing public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, including troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Assist with billing inquiries and account-related support, including examining invoices and updating account information
- Document interactions with end-users and deliver email support while monitoring voicemail inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- General knowledge of personal computer networking
- Must be located in Texas and a US Citizen
- Willingness to work shift schedules in a 24x7 Call Center environment
- Proficient in typing (minimum 35 WPM)
