A company is looking for a Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound phone support as the primary contact for various stakeholders
- Facilitate patient benefit coordination, product orders, and appointment scheduling
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and patients, advocating for program enrollment and access to therapy
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 5 years of experience in a related field
- Experience in Call Center/HUB or customer service environments
- Strong working knowledge of prior authorization and appeals processes
- Familiarity with medical and pharmacy insurance terminology and reimbursement practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
