Key Responsibilities
- Support users by guiding customers through Uplisting and becoming an expert on the product
- Provide assistance through live chats, emails, and support calls with professionalism
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while collaborating with other departments
Required Qualifications
- Fluent or near-native English proficiency; additional languages are a plus
- At least a couple of years of experience in a customer support or related role
- Tech-savvy with strong analytical skills to interpret data and troubleshoot issues
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage live chats, emails, and calls effectively
- Flexibility with working hours, including various shifts as needed
