Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Grievance and Appeals Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and report on member and provider complaints, grievances, and appeals
  • Prepare response letters for complaints and maintain accurate files for appeals and grievances
  • Coordinate Grievance and Appeals Committee activities and assist with data entry and reporting for pay-for-performance programs
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in grievance/appeals, claims, or related managed care
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience in healthcare call centers or administrative roles preferred
