Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring proper screening, transferring, and resolution of inquiries
- Process, schedule, and authorize orders while maintaining accurate documentation as per department protocols
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and address inquiries from participants and providers, escalating issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalency required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center environment
