Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring customer success through technical support and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical issues to enhance long-term customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and debug across various platforms, APIs, and integrations
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for product improvements and creating customer-facing documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience in technical customer-facing roles
  • At least 2 years of programming experience, ideally with JavaScript or Python
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and PHP
  • Experience with shell commands, git, and debugging tools
  • Solid experience with APIs and/or software integrations
