Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues to enhance long-term customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and debug across various platforms, APIs, and integrations
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for product improvements and creating customer-facing documentation
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience in technical customer-facing roles
- At least 2 years of programming experience, ideally with JavaScript or Python
- Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and PHP
- Experience with shell commands, git, and debugging tools
- Solid experience with APIs and/or software integrations
