Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Incident Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal technical coordination for urgent customer issues
  • Engage with support and engineering teams to restore service and provide updates to leadership
  • Conduct retrospectives and manage action items to improve support processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer support, technical writing, or system administration, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing critical incidents with high responsibility
  • 3+ years of experience providing direct customer-facing support
  • Ability to work rotating on-call weekends
