Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal technical coordination for urgent customer issues
- Engage with support and engineering teams to restore service and provide updates to leadership
- Conduct retrospectives and manage action items to improve support processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer support, technical writing, or system administration, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with 3+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience managing critical incidents with high responsibility
- 3+ years of experience providing direct customer-facing support
- Ability to work rotating on-call weekends
