Job Summary
A company is looking for a 2nd shift remote member service representative (pharm tech).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide information about prescription (Rx) claims processing
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries and complaints
- Resolve customer service or billing complaints and refer unresolved issues to designated departments
Required Qualifications
- Active or recently expired State Pharmacy License OR CPhT
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Must provide a HIPAA compliant workspace and high-speed internet at home
