Job Summary

A company is looking for a 2nd shift remote member service representative (pharm tech).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide information about prescription (Rx) claims processing
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries and complaints
• Resolve customer service or billing complaints and refer unresolved issues to designated departments

Required Qualifications

• Active or recently expired State Pharmacy License OR CPhT
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Must provide a HIPAA compliant workspace and high-speed internet at home
