A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative for the IHA Scheduling Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits
- Address customer needs, complaints, and provide solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize software and tools to meet call center metrics and provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment
- Experience in an outbound sales process is a plus
- Must possess a Windows-based laptop/desktop with video-calling capabilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including possible Saturday hours
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and data entry skills
