Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician - Start of Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information accurately and efficiently, including claim adjudication and auditing duties
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals while maintaining patient records

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA)
• Current pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
