Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound sales and customer communication regarding service status and order processing
  • Research and resolve customer issues, expedite orders, and manage returns and special requests
  • Collaborate with sales and suppliers to ensure effective communication and follow-up on outstanding issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer relationship role (sales, military, call center, etc.)
  • Intermediate PC skills and ability to work with multiple systems concurrently
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is helpful
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
