Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN for their Remote Patient Monitoring Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patients with conditions such as COPD, CHF, HTN, sepsis, and oncology-related issues
• Provide oversight and coordination of nursing care, ensuring effective and efficient patient outcomes
• Educate and mentor clinical staff while contributing to quality care and performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's degree from an accredited school of professional nursing; Bachelor's preferred
• At least 2 years of nursing experience required
• Currently licensed in the State of Florida
• Certification in Ambulatory Nursing preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
