Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely responses to candidate inquiries via telephone, email, and chat
- Document candidate feedback and perform data entry to address inquiries
- Assist with training new hires and participate in company initiatives and special projects
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel
- Ability to maintain professionalism and work well under pressure
