Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the Call Center and Customer Service Specialists
  • Monitor employee productivity and handle escalated calls and complaints
  • Oversee hiring, performance, and development of the call center and reception team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a call center with a team of 10+ employees
  • 3+ years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service
  • 1 year of training experience in customer service
  • Capable of meeting all physical demands of the job
