Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Call Center and Customer Service Specialists
- Monitor employee productivity and handle escalated calls and complaints
- Oversee hiring, performance, and development of the call center and reception team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in a call center with a team of 10+ employees
- 3+ years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service
- 1 year of training experience in customer service
- Capable of meeting all physical demands of the job
