Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Call Center Support Specialist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of escalation for service center personnel, troubleshooting complex issues
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials for service center staff
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and provide feedback to enhance employee performance
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Customer service experience required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
  • Life & Health License required or must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment
