A company is looking for a Sr. Call Center Support Specialist (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of escalation for service center personnel, troubleshooting complex issues
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for service center staff
- Conduct quality assurance audits and provide feedback to enhance employee performance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Customer service experience required
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- Life & Health License required or must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment
