A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote) - PM Shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and build rapport
  • Provide essential information regarding access to care issues, benefits, and coverage
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating self-service options
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 18+ years old and a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a health plan call center agent
  • Medicare and/or Medicaid experience is a plus
  • High computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
