Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to current and prospective members and providers
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing various inquiries
- Document customer interactions accurately in compliance with departmental standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior work experience in a customer-facing position, with a minimum of three consecutive years preferred
- Completion of a technical competency assessment on a laptop or desktop computer
- Outstanding professional references from prior supervisors
- Ability to work from home with a high-speed internet connection
