Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member & Provider Service Representative to provide support to stakeholders regarding health plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information to current and prospective members and providers
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing various inquiries
  • Document customer interactions accurately in compliance with departmental standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior work experience in a customer-facing position, with a minimum of three consecutive years preferred
  • Completion of a technical competency assessment on a laptop or desktop computer
  • Outstanding professional references from prior supervisors
  • Ability to work from home with a high-speed internet connection
