Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an advisor for complex customer issues, creating technical articles and providing education to prevent future problems
  • Perform complex troubleshooting and collaborate with development teams to resolve incidents impacting customers
  • Implement readiness programs and contribute to product/process improvements through automation and feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technical support or consulting experience, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of technical support, consulting experience, or information technology experience may substitute for a degree
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements
  • Verification of citizenship due to legal restrictions may be required
  • Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Technology Certifications and experience in Cybersecurity or endpoint protection
