A company is looking for a Remote Medical Benefits Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups
• Assist patients and providers with prescription benefits and inquiries
• Verify insurance, billing, and medical information accurately

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent call center or customer service experience
• Understanding of medical terminology or benefits is a plus
• Ability to work against established KPIs and performance metrics
• High school diploma or equivalent
