A company is looking for a Sr Payments Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee payment operations, including processing complex payments and handling escalated disputes
- Act as the primary contact for escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex payment issues
- Lead process improvements and develop audit practices to ensure compliance and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in insurance and customer inquiries
- Property & Casualty Producer license in home state, with willingness to pursue additional licensing
- Knowledge of commercial insurance and compliance requirements
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
