Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse (Bilingual) to work in a remote Occupational Health triage call center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls and document each call accurately
• Provide assessments of symptoms using proprietary triage algorithms while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Monitor call center goals and productivity metrics while delivering superior customer service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work every other weekend
• Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Private space at home for patient privacy and access to high-speed internet
