Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician - Bilingual Spanish/English (TIER 1).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat to corporate clients for various PC hardware and software applications
- Assist users with troubleshooting issues related to Outlook and Microsoft Operating Systems
- Handle 50-60 issues per day and utilize Active Directory for network password resets
Required Qualifications
- Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
- 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
- Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
