Azure Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Azure Support Engineer (Contract) who has extensive experience in managing and supporting Azure cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot key Azure services and implement service improvements
• Respond to system incidents and lead root cause analysis for critical issues
• Support deployment and performance of web applications and manage Azure networking components

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform
• Proficient in core Azure services such as App Service, Azure SQL, and Key Vault
• Experience with web app hosting technologies like PHP/Laravel and Node.js
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and security principles
• Proven ability to troubleshoot under pressure and lead incident resolution efforts
