Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to callers and triage telephone calls for clinical consultation
- Enter and maintain claims data in the management system and ensure data integrity
- Support clinical staff with scheduling, documentation, and communication tasks
Required Qualifications
- AS/AA degree or two years of college preferred
- Experience in a medical office environment preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology strongly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
