Key Responsibilities
- Interact with patients, payers, and providers for accurate registration and check-in processes
- Manage customer billing inquiries and route messages within the department
- Assist patients with eligibility, payment arrangements, and financial assistance information
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer applications and excellent mathematical skills
- 2 years of experience in customer service or healthcare/medical office environment preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance billing guidelines preferred
- Able to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
