Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between members, providers, and pharmacies or care facilities
- Coordinate the scheduling of patient medication delivery and process patient order requests
- Prepare and file insurance claims while adhering to operational policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work in a team environment
- Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time within limited space
