Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between members, providers, and pharmacies or care facilities
• Coordinate the scheduling of patient medication delivery and process patient order requests
• Prepare and file insurance claims while adhering to operational policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work in a team environment
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time within limited space
