Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Specialist to facilitate medical recovery and return to work for injured employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments to evaluate injured workers' needs
• Build relationships with stakeholders including claims examiners, clients, and injured workers
• Identify and address issues related to recovery delays and negotiate treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience preferred
• Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
