Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve customer problems by investigating and resolving issues on the cloud platform
- Coordinate critical responses with Site Reliability Engineering and Support teams
- Improve workflows and processes for better collaboration with customer support teams
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker
- Experience with orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes
- Proven experience in defining and implementing automation
- Experience using Git in a team environment
