Enrollment Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Analyst I to manage customer enrollment transactions in the deregulated electricity market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the timely and accurate processing of customer enrollment transactions
• Ensure enrollment records are complete and compliant with internal standards
• Help investigate and resolve enrollment-related issues and contribute to process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Six months of experience in deregulated electricity market back-office operations or one year in high-volume transaction processing
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with the deregulated retail electricity or natural gas industry preferred
• Exposure to contract lifecycle management systems is a plus
