- Build and maintain structured adoption journeys using an omni-channel approach
- Design and run proactive campaigns to promote adoption of specific features and workflows
- Execute ad-hoc touchpoints to drive adoption and monitor performance for potential scaling
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital adoption, customer success, or product enablement
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Network For Good or EveryAction products
- Strong writing skills for creating engaging customer-facing content
- Analytical skills to measure adoption impact and refine programs
- Collaborative mindset with proven success in cross-functional teamwork
