Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer, Confluence On-Prem.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support and product expertise to large customers as part of the Enterprise On-Prem Support team
- Conduct root cause analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting across multiple Atlassian products
- Communicate progress updates, action plans, and resolution details during customer-facing calls
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Java support, software services, and system administration
- Experience with operating systems such as Linux, OS X, and Windows
- Understanding of application server technologies like Tomcat, Apache, and SQL databases
- Experience with networks and technologies, including proxies and Active Directory
- Subject Matter Expert in multiple Atlassian products
