Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to guide clients through the onboarding journey with their hospitality platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for medium and high-value customers, including multi-property enterprise groups
• Deliver engaging product training for new customers and team members
• Proactively consult with clients on maximizing value from the hospitality platform

Required Qualifications

• Background in hospitality, travel, or distribution industries (Hotel Management degree a bonus)
• Proven experience in onboarding, training, or project management
• Adaptable and proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
• Passion for helping others learn and simplifying complex topics
• Interest in SaaS and innovative software in hospitality
