Job Summary

A company is looking for an ISC Service Representative (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to agencies and customers
• Adapt to new products and offerings while maintaining high service levels during peak call volumes
• Utilize resources and training to independently resolve customer inquiries and improve call center metrics

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma with insurance knowledge and related experience
• Prior P/L experience required; must be working towards or have an active P/L or P&C license
• Prior agency experience is a plus
• Prior call center experience is a plus
