A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative Advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with moderately complex insurance issues and provide exceptional service
  • Evaluate and interpret policy information, document interactions, and escalate unresolved issues
  • Collaborate with various departments to address customer inquiries and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Property and Casualty license needed
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
