Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with moderately complex insurance issues and provide exceptional service
- Evaluate and interpret policy information, document interactions, and escalate unresolved issues
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer inquiries and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Property and Casualty license needed
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
