Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- A quiet home workspace with wired high-speed internet (75+ Mbps download, 20+ Mbps upload)
- Windows 10/11 PC (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5+, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD), webcam, and headset
- Preferred: Remote experience, healthcare experience, or bilingual (English/Spanish)
